Away from your desk but need to call a customer from your landline? Use Captivated's outbound call functionality. Also, if Captivated provided you with a text line, set up call forwarding to ensure you receive all inbound phone calls.

If you are receiving unwanted messages from a contact and/or spammer within Captivated, you can block them and disable incoming messages from routing to Captivated.

A contact can opt of text messages at any time by replying "stop". To opt back in, all they need to do is send another text.

Share your contact card with each new client so they can easily access your contact information. Also, gather opt-ins using the QR Code registration.

You can send your contact card, collect a recipient's contact info and simultaneously receive the contact's opt-in all using Captivated's Contact Exchange Request feature. Click here to learn more.
