New Updates To User Menu And Experience

We’ve improved our app menu and user experience, and will be launching an update to our user interface on Monday, May 1st.

The 5 Primary Updates:

Updated Main Navigation Menu

1. Streamlined Main Menu

Accessible along the bottom of the app for mobile phones, and on the left-hand side for desktop, the main menu will now have fewer ‘main’ options – however, all the features you love will still be easily accessed through cascading menu options (which you can access by expanding the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the app).

2. The 'Messages' Tab Will Now Include Your 'Templates'

Use the hamburger menu to toggle into your Templates from the Messages tab.

Changes to My Profile in app user interface

3. 'My Profile' Will Now Be Accessible By Clicking Your Avatar

Click your avatar (profile photo) in the top-right corner of the app to access your My Profile page.
Dashboard access includes Reviews and Payments

4. 'Payments' & 'Reviews' Will Now Be In Your Dashboard

Within your Dashboard page, you’ll find widgets to access your Reviews and Payments.
What's New, Help Center, and Feedback form all located in the Support menu of our app

5. The 'Support' Tab Will Now Feature New Options

The ‘Help Center’ and ‘What’s New’ pages will be accessible through the Support tab, along with an option to chat with Support – and, there will now be an option to provide Feedback to help us improve your experience.
