AT&T and T-Mobile Message Failures

Carrier Update as of Friday, October 27th

Carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile have implemented more filters on their platform related to the 10DLC registration. Note, that some of our legacy customers whom we registered prior to the revised, more stringent, manual vetting requirements enacted in late January 2023 may be seeing deliverability issues, primarily with AT&T and T-Mobile. 
 
With that being said, we are working diligently with our carrier to update the TCR (https://www.campaignregistry.com/) on behalf of our clients. Once the campaigns have been updated, our carrier begins the process of remediation for any blocks on your text line with the upstream carriers (ie AT&T, TMO, VZW). 

Thank you for your patience as we work closely with the major carriers to resolve this issue as fast as possible. It is also important to note that as part of the registration process, they may also be vetting your website for the proper language on your Privacy Policy.
