Compliance (Opt-In/Opt-Out Report)

Use our new compliance dashboard to quickly and easily find contact opt-ins (including consent level) and opt-outs. 

First, head to Dashboards in the left hand menu of Captivated, then click on Compliance. 

You’ll notice four different options to filter the data at the top:

  • Time Frame
  • Account
  • Opt-Ins/Opt-Outs
  • Consent Level

Down below, you’ll have the contact name, their phone number, which Captivated channel the compliance refers to and the date and time. 

You can also sort each of these columns both ascending and descending based on your preference. 

Finally, use the Export button to export the data to a .CSV file for your records.
