Pinning Conversations

You can now pin conversations so the threads you check most often stay at the top of your Conversations list — no more scrolling or searching to find them. Pins are personal to your account: what you pin is visible only to you, and pinning a conversation does not change anything for your teammates.

AI Summaries

AI Summaries give you a short, written recap of a conversation once it’s completed — so anyone picking the conversation back up can see what happened at a glance. This is a paid feature add-on. Please reach out to Captivated Support to discuss pricing and get this feature added to your current plan.

Bubble-Based Scrolling

Long conversations are about to get a lot easier to navigate. As you scroll back through a thread, a floating bubble appears and tells you where you are: the date range you’re viewing, how many messages happened over that time, the participants, and — for accounts with the AI Summaries add-on — a short AI recap of the conversation. No more scrolling blindly to find the part you need.
