We’ve updated Captivated’s Terms & Conditions to reflect our current platform, site-based licensing, Power Features, Smart Scaling, billing terms, plan-change policies, and the upcoming launch of Real Quote, our new pricing and plan-builder experience.

The updated Terms become effective 30 days from this notice. Continued use of Captivated after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
