The Account Contact Card section of Captivated enables you to preview and edit your Account Contact Card. When a new User is set up within your account, whatever information is included in the Account Contact Card is automatically displayed on the User’s contact card.
Navigate to the gear icon > Account Contact Card > Edit
You can choose to Include User Information under the Account Contact Card, which will automatically include the User’s name, email and title when they share their contact card in Captivated.
A User’s contact card can:
- Include information from the Account Contact Card (e.g. Dunder Mifflin)
- Include information from a non-account Team’s Contact Card (i.e. Dunder Mifflin Sales)
- Be completely personalized under the Contact Card tab when editing the user in the Users section of Captivated.
