Account Usage There are two tabs within the Account Usage page. Within the General tab, you’ll see the current balance on your account, and a date/time stamp of when your account usage was last updated. The usage section typically updates once a day and shows your usage for messages, voice minutes, phone number lookups, and video chat participant minutes per billing cycle.
Users In this section, you are able to set up new Users and manage existing Users. To add a New User, you can use the button in the top right corner “+Add User”. When adding a new User, you will need a valid email address along with first/last name.
Teams In the teams section, you can create and manage your teams. Teams are essentially different groups, such as departments. For example, you can have a Support team and a Sales team and add users to each team respectively.
