Why can’t I see my entire team’s conversations?

If you are only seeing your own conversations, you are likely filtering by “Mine” and “Active” above your list of conversations. You can adjust your filter from “Mine” to “Everyone’s Conversations” in order to see other team members conversations.

If you are still not seeing other team members’ conversations when changing your filter to “everyone” and “all” for example, it might be that you don’t have the proper permissions within your Captivated account. In order to see conversations that you are not assigned or joined to, you must either be a Manager or Admin of your team. You can read more about that here.

You Captivated administrator has the ability to adjust your permissions to manager or admin so that you can see these conversations.
