Setting up your account's users, teams, channels, queues and more
  • Administration Section Video Overview

    Administrators can manage your users, teams, channels, queue and more in the Administration section. Click here to see an overview of how to use this section.
  • Account Usage

    View your account usage including message and voice usage, users, text lines, current balance, view invoices and more in the account usage section.
  • Users

    In this section, you are able to add new users and manage existing users such as add them to teams, queues or even remove a user. Learn more here.
  • Teams

    In the teams section, you can create and manage your teams. Teams are essentially different groups, such as departments. For example, you can have a Support team and a Sales team and add users to each team respectively.
  • Channels

    Channels are your phone numbers, widgets, forms, live chat, secure chat etc. Learn how to manage channels as well as using a QR code to gather opt-ins.
  • Queues

    The Queues section gives you an overview of your Queues set up in Captivated. A Queue is simply a shared inbox where new incoming messages route. You can have multiple channels routing to a single queue.
  • Account Contact Card

    Edit the information that shows on your organization's account contact card such as business address and phone number.
