Users In this section, you are able to add new users and manage existing users such as add them to teams, queues or even remove a user. Learn more here.
Teams In the teams section, you can create and manage your teams. Teams are essentially different groups, such as departments. For example, you can have a Support team and a Sales team and add users to each team respectively.
Channels Channels are your phone numbers, widgets, forms, live chat, secure chat etc. Learn how to manage channels as well as using a QR code to gather opt-ins.
Queues The Queues section gives you an overview of your Queues set up in Captivated. A Queue is simply a shared inbox where new incoming messages route. You can have multiple channels routing to a single queue.
Account Contact Card Edit the information that shows on your organization's account contact card such as business address and phone number.
