New Features: Global Search, Status Page, Announcements
Contacts Global Search
You can now search your contacts using our global search at the top of your Captivated window. Simply type in any name, phone number or email address to easily locate a contact.
Captivated Status Page
Stay up to date on Captivated’s system operations using our status page. Bookmark this page and make sure to “subscribe to updates” to be alerted to any changes in our operations.
You can also click on the headphone icon > system status to locate the page.
Announcements View
Announcements are now separated into it’s own tab so you can easily locate announcements from text conversations or direct messages. Simply click on the conversations tab > announcements.
Use your conversation filters to search for announcements you’ve sent or change filter to “everyone” to see announcements other users in the organization have sent. You can also see “scheduled”, “completed”, “active” or “all”.
