If you are only seeing your own conversations, you are likely filtering by “Mine” and “Active” above your list of conversations. You can adjust your filter from “Mine” to “Everyone’s Conversations” in order to see other team members conversations.
If you are still not seeing other team members’ conversations, it might be that you don’t have the proper permissions within your Captivated account. In order to see conversations that you are not assigned or joined to, you must either be a Manager or Admin of your team. You can read more about that here.
