How do I update my billing information?

You can update your credit card on file under Administration > View Account Usage > “Manage Subscription”. You can also access “Manage Subscription” under “My Account” in the left-hand menu.

Can’t find this option? You can chat with Captivated’s support team using the “Support” option in the left-hand menu of our app and our team will send you a secure link to update your card on file.
