You can update your credit card on file under Administration > Account Usage > “Manage Subscription”.
Clicking “manage subscription” will take you to our billing portal’s website, where the primary billing contact who receives invoices will be prompted to login. If you need to update the billing contact(s), please hit the headphone icon in the bottom left-hand side of your screen to contact support and we can update and send a new invite to that contact.
