Two-factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication (2FA) provides an extra layer of security for your Captivated account. It’s designed to ensure that you are the only person who can access your account, even if someone knows your password.
When 2FA is enabled, you’ll receive a text to your cell phone with a 6-digit code that you’ll need to input when logging in.
To enable 2FA, go to “My Profile” in the left-hand menu and switch the “Enable Two-Factor Authentication” toggle on.
- You must have your mobile phone number included under your profile in order to have 2FA enabled.
