Step by Step Instructions
Logging In to Captivated
To login to Captivated, go to the login page in your Google Chrome browser: app.captivated.works and enter your email address and password. Make sure to bookmark this page for future use. If you don’t know the email address for your login, please contact your manager or message Captivated Support.
If you have two-factor authentication turned on, you will receive a 6-digit code texted to your personal cell phone that you’ll need to input after inputting your email address and password.
Logging out of Captivated
To logout of Captivated, navigate to your avatar in the top right and hit “logout”.
Please note: Captivated is not compatible with Internet Explorer. Please use Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari as your designated browser. Google Chrome recommended*
The mobile app will log you out after a period of about 2 weeks with no activity.
