Captivated’s mobile app makes it easy for you to take Captivated with you on the go. To download the mobile app, visit either the App Store or Google Play Store and search for “Captivated Texting”. The app is lime green. Once you’ve downloaded the app, sign in with your email and newly created password. Upon signing in, be sure to allow notifications so that you are registered to receive push notifications on your phone.
Captivated’s mobile app syncs to the cloud, so anything that happens on the web application (on your browser) also happens on the mobile application and vice versa.
Pro tip: On your phone’s home screen, move Captivated close to your regular texting app so that you have both your business and personal texting close at hand.
The mobile app will log you out after a period of about 2 weeks with no activity.
